Tactx Project Sales & Marketing has been a leader in New Home Sales and Project introductions since its inception in 2006. From single-family homes, townhomes, multi-family, vacation, and hi-rise properties, Tactx has represented some of the largest developers and builders in the market with a proven track record of success.
OUR PRINCIPALS
Rob has been a leader in the new home residential real estate sector for over 35 years with his career commencing with a new home real estate research firm in Toronto, Ontario, expanding to marketing and sales representing a variety of developers and builders. As VP Sales & Marketing, he headed the sales and marketing division of a premier new home builder in Toronto, responsible for the sales of several high-profile condominium, golf course, and low-rise projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Rob relocated to the Okanagan in 2004 as vice-president for a highly successful and accredited sales and marketing company servicing many high-profile projects throughout Western Canada and the US. In 2006, Tactx Project Sales & Marketing Inc. was formed and as Principal have introduced several premier Okanagan projects including but not limited to Lakeshore Place and Lakeshore Three in Penticton, The Madison and Cambridge House in Kelowna, and Terravita, Centro, Abode in West Kelowna.
ShangNing Zhu has an in-depth knowledge of both the real estate marketing and digital art. Originally from China, ShangNing came to the Okanagan to study Interdisciplinary Performance at UBC Okanagan where he was nominated for the Emerging Artist “Okanagan Arts Award” in 2016.
Community engagement is ShangNing's key artistic merit, and this brings him the success in real estate marketing. He believes forging relationships take trust, effort, and mutual respect, so he consistently goes the extra mile to ensure those relationships are strong. His diverse network of professionals includes realtors, builders, developers, lawyers, architects, designers, photographers, and building materials suppliers/manufactures. ShangNing travels to Asia regularly to further expand his network.
ShangNing was recently awarded as the Best Local Young Entrepreneur of the year by KelownaNow. ShangNing was also selected as an honouree of 2022's Kelowna Chamber Top 40 under 40 program.
