The Madison, Kelowna, BC

Bella Veduta, Kelowna, BC

The homes featured a combination rancher and two-storey designs with impeccable finishes, complimented by the presence of the “The Bear” and “The Quail” Championship Golf Courses. The project was sold out during the spring of 2006 and is currently in the final phases of construction.

 

 

 

Royal Private Residence Club, Kelowna, BC

royal-logo.jpgA fractional, resort project in conjunction with the Grand Hotel in Kelowna, the 60 suite condominium project achieved benchmark pricing for the Okanagan. Completed and built, the project is a landmark for the city and the hotel. The principals were involved in the sales and marketing of the project during the 2005 selling season.

 

 

 

Terravita, West Kelowna, BC

terravita-logo.jpgTerravita is an enclave of 142 residential condominium suites fronting the 3rd fairway of Shannon Lake Golf Club in Westbank, BC. The gated community comprises of four buildings with a private road leading to the community offering golf side residences, views of mountains and panoramic vista of the Okanagan Valley.

 

 

 

 

Tuscan Terrace, Summerland, BC

tuscan-logo.jpgTuscan Terrace is a luxury waterview Townhome development on the hills of Summerland, BC, a stone’s throw from Okanagan Lake. There are only 8 townhomes available, each and every home having a panoramic view of Okanagan Lake with Naramata in the distance.  There are two types of townhomes available, single floor living at 1730 sq.ft. and a two-storey floorplan with 3711 sq.ft.

 

 

 

160 Lakeshore Drive, Penticton, BC

lakeshore-place.jpgThe second phase of the three phased Lakeshore community off the shores of Lake Okanagan sold quickly to both local as well as external market buyers. The 15-storey project was 80% sold during the launch in the fall of 2005 and set new price benchmarks for Penticton. The combination of location, at the water’s edge, coupled with floor plan designs and finishes culminated in an efficient sales campaign while significantly increasing prices through to sell-out in the spring of 2006.

 

 

Lakeshore Three, Penticton, BC

lakeshore-logo.jpgThe third and last phase of the Lakeshore community was introduced in the fall of 2006 with 50% of the released product selling, predominantly to Alberta buyers. The 15-storey project featured similar floor plans as phase II with new finishes coupled with additional unique amenities including a private wine cellar and lounge. The project sold at significantly higher prices than Phase II, again achieving benchmark pricing for Penticton.

 

 

Alysen Place, Penticton, BC

alysen-logo.jpgAlysen Place is a three-phased condominium community in the south end of Penticton near the shores of Skaha Lake. With the majority of the first phase of 68 suites selling out over the course of a summer, while achieving increasingly higher revenues, the second phase of 62 suites was released in the fall of 2006 due to demand. The project is targeting the end-user as well as the seasonal/vacation market having “resort-like” complementary amenities.

 

 

ONTARIO 

Hi-Rise

Pantages Tower, Toronto
The newest landmark at Yonge and Dundas in the city centre, Pantages Tower elevates 45 floors overhead and comprised of over 450 condominium residences and hotel suites. The project is the highest condominium residences in the city and is strategically located within walking steps of all the major tourist attractions Toronto is known for. 

Opus, Toronto
The last phase of the Pantages Tower community, Opus is the sister, 22 level tower comprising of 120 condominium residential suites. With its sleek exterior design coupled with contemporary finishes, Opus completed the Pantages community in style. 

French Quarter, Toronto
Within steps of the St. Lawrence market in the lower east side of Toronto, the French Quarter condominiums comprised of two French detailed, architecturally designed towers comprising of a total of 150 residential condominium suites. The project was one of the first influential condominium projects in the re-developing area near the St. Lawrence Market. 

Absolute Lofts, Toronto
Located in the lower-east community near the St. Lawrence Market, Lombard Lofts comprised of 60 condominium suites featuring loft living with contemporary finishes. The suites featured floor to ceiling glazing, circular stairs leading to the loft coupled with unique and efficient floor plans. 

Adelaide Square, Toronto
An infill location in the inner-core of the city, Adelaide Square featured a total of 80 condominium suites coupled with another 8 townhomes targeting the entry level market. 

The Sylvia, Toronto
An infill location within the entertainment district of the city, the Sylvia featured unique design features including floating floors, moveable walls and floor to ceiling height windows among others. The 72 suite project sold quickly to the young professional wanting to be in a vibrantly developing community. 

Players Club, Etobicoke
Located along the shores of Lake Ontario, Players Club mimicking a bow of a ship, with unique terracing designs, was an instant success with its contemporary finishes. With views of Lake Ontario and the city of Toronto, Players Club became a landmark building in the waterfront community of Etobicoke. 

Edgewater, Markham
Located beside a natural ravine and water feature, Edgewater condominiums was located within the Asian community of Markham’s west-side. The residential condominium project comprised of a total of 80 suites with emphasis on outdoor living with vast terraces. 

Low-Rise 

Levi Creek, Mississauga
A multi-phased project comprising of two condominium townhome sites coupled with 45’ and 55’ single detached homes was part of a new Mississauga planning area; Levi Creek. The townhome component comprised of 120 homes with another 80 single family homes. The project targeted both entry level and empty nesters with the townhomes as well as move-up buyers with the single family product. 

The Vales of Castlemore, Brampton
A three phased golf course community comprising of 320 single family dwellings with 45’ and 55’ frontages, the project sold quickly, primarily to move-up buyers. The project sold out over a two year period achieving benchmark pricing for the newly planned Brampton community of Castlemore, approximately 45 minutes to the north-west of the City of Toronto. 

Bayview on the Lake, Burlington
The Bayview project, located atop a bluff overlooking Lake Ontario, comprised of 150 two-storey and three-storey condominium townhomes. The project featured both entry level and move-down homes taking advantage of the water’s edge and bluff location. 

Shaw Village, Toronto
An infill location within a re-developing area of western Toronto, the site comprised of a total of 100 semi-detached and single family homes. As a result of neighbourhood loyalty coupled with the lack of new housing alternatives, the site sold very quickly while achieving significantly high price levels. 

Rouge Landing, Scarborough
A multi-phased semi-detached and condominium townhome project along the shores of Lake Ontario was the initial new home community developed in Rouge Hill. With over 200 units in the project, Rouge Landing paved the way for future developments in terms of both product and design. 

Canoe Landing, Pickering
A 60 unit infill location along the shores of Frenchman’s Bay, the project succeeded in achieving benchmark pricing in an area of re-development and relatively low real estate values. The project featured both two-storey and three-storey designs emphasizing location and finishing features to attain values. 

Strathmore, Pickering
An entry-level condominium townhousing project comprising of 100 homes, the project sold quickly as a result of aggressive price points coupled with fresh and edgy finishes the area was not accustomed to.
